General Counsel
Claire is Parkwalk’s General Counsel and advises on investments and exits by the Parkwalk funds, as well as all other legal matters across Parkwalk and its funds. She has over 15 years’ experience of M&A, corporate and commercial law across a wide range of sectors, dealing with every stage of company from spin-outs to large multi-national corporations. Claire sits on the Parkwalk Board, is Parkwalk’s Interim Chief Risk Officer and sits on the EIS Association’s Tax and Technical Committee. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Claire studied Physics from Imperial College, London.
