Sorex Sensors utilises high sensitivity MEMS mass sensors, based on film bulk acoustic resonator technology, which resonate at different frequencies when mass attaches to the surface. Hence extremely accurate mass measurements can be made. These sensors are suited to applications where small masses e.g. 10-15g require detection in devices with extremely small form factors.
