Spectral Edge – exit
Parkwalk are delighted to announce the exit of Spectral Edge generating a positive multiple return for EIS investors.
Spectral Edge developed a technology, based on research at the University of East Anglia’s world-leading Colour Group, to enhance images by using information outside the visible spectrum (e.g. infra-red) and applying transformations to that within it. Applications range from enhancing photographic images, surveillance, to visual accessibility for colour blind people.
Spectral Edge was acquired by Apple in an all-cash transaction. The parties to the transaction have agreed to keep the consideration confidential, and Parkwalk EIS investors in the company have been informed.
