We are pleased to announce that the Parkwalk Opportunities Fund and the University of Oxford Innovation Fund IV have participated in a second investment in Salunda Limited, originally a University of Oxford spin-out, and provider of specialist ‘smart systems’ for monitoring equipment and fluids.
The company is successfully targeting safety critical applications for oilfield drilling, where current practice relies on observation or manual processes that can be slow and error-prone. Salunda has a rapidly growing order book, so this funding will give the company the resources needed to meet existing and projected client demands. It will also enable it to complete extended product development, moving the company toward faster growth in product sales.
